The Movecat MPC 32TD8-RS-SP is a 32-way motor controller designed for dependable, standards-compliant operation of 0.75–1.5 kW chain hoists. Built to DGUV V54 (BGV D8) and IGVW SQ P2, it comes housed in a robust touring rack and prioritises safety with a lockable all-pole main switch and a 125 A RCD. Each channel provides dedicated motor protection switching (2.5–4.0 A), delivering appropriate overload safeguarding for common hoists in this power class.
Connectivity is comprehensive and clearly laid out for fast deployment. A 1.5 m CEE 125 A 400 V input with phase reverser feeds the system, while eight HAN 16-E multipin outputs cover channels 1–32. Four CEE 16 A 4-pole outputs offer direct access on channels 1–4, and a Schuko AUX supports ancillary equipment. Supplied end plugs and a keyed control board help secure critical functions and streamline setup in busy environments.
