New goods OVP, including the DTD, is on modern speaker management. The processor technology comes from Nexos NXAMP and is located in a compact rackage. The device is easy to use and, in addition to loudspeaker protection functions, provides a sophisticated control of parameters such as transition frequency, EQ and running time adjustment. Functions such as the automatic amp-sensing and controller for “Sub Gain”, “Main Gain” and “Crossover mode” can be easily reached via the front of the device (DTD-T touring version). With the DTD, effective loudspeaker management is combined with a large flexible range of different inputs. This includes symmetrical analogy inputs for stereo mode, an AES input and a USB connection for direct audio playback without drivers (from laptops etc. ). An optional DantetM input is also available. The DTD uses a “State of the Art” signal processing and provides algorithms for high-precision equalizer linear phase relationships-phase-compatible with all PS and LS modules as well as with other speakers from the NEXO product range.
