The Alspaw AL Stage R80 is a professional arched-roof trailer stage designed for quick, repeatable deployment at large outdoor events. Delivering an 80 m² performance area on a 10 m x 8 m footprint, it offers an adjustable platform height of 1.5–1.7 m for optimal sightlines. The roof peaks at 7 m with a 5.25 m clear height, supporting complex lighting and PA hangs via a 1,600 kg roof load. Electrohydraulic operation with remote control streamlines rigging, enabling a three-person crew to complete setup in around 180 minutes. Built for safety and compliance, the R80 is certified to DIN-EN 13814, features B1 fire-retardant tarpaulins to DIN-EN 13773‑c1, and includes verified statics (Statico). With an 800 kg hydraulic lift and a permissible total weight of 3,500 kg, it is robustly engineered for touring. Supplied with left and right side houses (each 8 m x 2 m), this 03/2018 model is ready for demanding production schedules.
