The Electro-Voice MTL-4 is a touring-grade subwoofer engineered for fast, musical low-frequency reinforcement at very high output. Four 18-inch drivers are manifold-loaded into a central chamber to maximise efficiency and preserve phase integrity, delivering tight, articulate punch that integrates cleanly with high-output mid/high systems. With a usable range of 40–160 Hz (±3 dB) and a sensitivity of 102 dB (1 W/1 m), it offers impressive headroom and consistent performance whether used singly or in ground-stacked arrays. Rated at 1,600 W RMS (6,400 W peak) and capable of a calculated 140 dB peak SPL at 1 m, the MTL-4 brings serious authority and control to modern live sound. The rugged 914 × 914 × 762 mm enclosure is built for predictable results and long-term reliability in demanding touring and installation environments. A dependable choice when precision, output and durability are paramount. Ideal for concerts, festivals, large clubs, arenas and permanent venues requiring impactful, controlled sub-bass.
