The Barth Acoustic Systems BSL-15 is a high-performance passive subwoofer designed to partner with external amplifiers, crossovers and system controllers. Centred on a 15-inch long-excursion neodymium driver, it delivers clean, authoritative low end from 33 Hz with excellent punch and articulation up to around 130 Hz.
An aerodynamically optimised port maximises efficiency while minimising turbulence and distortion, yielding tight, musical bass even at high output. Rugged, tour-ready details include Speakon connectors for secure cabling, an M20 threaded pole mount for satellite tops, integrated carry handles and a durable black textured finish. A subsonic filter and suitable low-pass crossover are recommended for optimum protection and integration. For alternative connectivity, the BSL-15.sp variant adds combo XLR/jack inputs and XLR outputs. Supplied complete with a hooded flight case, the BSL-15 is built for life on the road and dependable installation use.
Ideal as a bass extension beneath high-output full-range cabinets, it excels in concert halls, theatres, clubs, cinemas, auditoria, multi-purpose venues and houses of worship.
