This used lightweight hall provides a robust, modular enclosure for events, temporary warehousing or semi-permanent workspace. Spanning 20 m wide by 25 m long with 2.5 m bay spacing, it uses an aluminium frame with PVC-coated roof, gable triangles and wall cladding for dependable weather protection. Clearances are generous, with a 4.40 m eave height, 7.08 m ridge height and 4.30 m tie beam, allowing comfortable access for vehicles, racking or production layouts. Structural performance includes a roof snow load of 0.75 kN/m² and ground snow load of 0.94 kN/m² (as specified). Access is via a long-wall tarpaulin door (1,000 x 2,125 mm) and a gable tarpaulin gate (4.50 m x 3.98 m). Supplied with TÜV-tested static design and drawings to support approvals, plus installation via earth anchors as specified. Optional upgrades such as anti-condensation linings, alternative gable cladding, sliding gates and extra emergency exits are available at additional cost.
