Lightweight yet robust, this new-build warehouse hall provides fast, compliant space where and when you need it. Measuring 17.5 x 30.0 m with a 4.4 m eaves height, the aluminium frame is engineered to DIN EN 13782 for dependable structural integrity and safe deployment as a temporary or semi-permanent installation. Weather protection is assured by a heavy-duty white lorry-grade PVC roof tarpaulin (650 g/m²), while single-skin trapezoidal steel sheet walls deliver a durable, low-maintenance enclosure. Snow load ratings are 0.94 kN/m² (ground) and 0.75 kN/m² (roof). Ridge height is 6.74 m with a tie-band height of approximately 4.30 m.
The modular bay design allows extension or reduction in 2.5 m increments to suit site constraints and capacity. For access and compliance it is supplied with one emergency door (panic lock) and one double-leaf sliding gate. Transport, installation and a range of accessories are available at additional cost.
