Built from 6.5 mm laminated plywood with aluminium extrusions and steel ball corners, it resists knocks and scrapes when touring between venues. Inside, a central divider forms two independent bays, each lined with high‑density technical foam to support the screens, minimise movement and dampen vibration during transit. Butterfly latches deliver a secure, consistent closure, while recessed, ergonomic handles make team lifting safer and more controlled. Optional braked swivel castors can be added for smooth manoeuvring through warehouses and event spaces. External dimensions are approximately 78 × 42 × 135 cm with an unloaded weight of around 30 kg, providing robust protection without wasting valuable truck space.
