The Analog Way Ascender 48 4K PL is a flagship presentation switcher and live event mixer built for large, multi-screen productions. With 12 inputs supporting up to 4K60 4:4:4 across HDMI, DisplayPort, SDI and DVI, it delivers crisp, colour-accurate visuals with ultra-low latency, HDR and 10‑bit processing. Eight configurable 4K-ready outputs and up to 48 layers (up to six per screen) offer powerful canvas management for complex shows and dynamic screen layouts.
This PL variant adds Perspective Layers, enabling tilt and rotation on the X, Y and Z axes plus 3D perspective distortion for striking creative compositions without external processing. Designed for reliability and touring, the Ascender 48 features a modular architecture and redundant power supplies, and is easily controlled via Web RCS or integrated with third‑party systems such as Crestron and AMX.
