The Calrec Brio 36 Broadcast System is a compact, broadcast-grade digital console designed for OB, studio and live production. The surface delivers 36 motorised faders with full channel processing and is licensed for 96 input channels, 36 groups and 24 auxes, running on Calrec v1.1.19 software. Local I/O covers 24 mic/line inputs, 16 analogue outputs, plus 8 AES3 inputs and 8 AES3 outputs for flexible on-site workflows. Hydra2 networking and onboard Dante expansion provide seamless integration with established Calrec systems and modern AoIP infrastructures. Supplied with a Br.IO AD6300 Hydra2 stagebox mirroring the console’s local I/O, it enables fast, tidy patching at stage or truck side and speeds up changeovers. Demo-used in controlled settings in 2021, it remains in excellent condition with no visible marks, offering robust reliability, premium audio quality and a compact footprint ideal for tight spaces and rapid turnarounds.
