Compare cost and complexity
Suppose you need a compact mixer, but also graphic EQs for the front panel and returns, some effects processors (reverb, delay, compressors, noise gates ...), a player / recorder stereo for background music and witness recording ... This is already a full rack, but it is the bare minimum today for most "serious" live applications. Think about the transport and configuration of such a system (without forgetting all the necessary cables), and do your accounts: the material itself, but also transport, personnel, storage, maintenance ...
Now imagine that all of this and more fits into a single rack-mount console weighing just 12kg: you have

the LS9-16. It leaves the factory tested and pre-patched - all you have to do is plug your mics into the inputs, your amps into the outputs, and you're ready to soundcheck! Do you need more? You can use the Mini-YGDAI card expansion port to accommodate signals from external preamps. You then manage 32 signals in a mix, with identical dimensions. The benefits are obvious for tours or temporary setups, but fixed installations will also benefit from the reduced footprint and simplified cabling. And of course, everyone - including the audience - benefits from the flexibility and exceptional sound quality of these extraordinary digital consoles.
