The Meyer Sound M3D is a self-powered cardioid subwoofer designed for precise, high-impact low-frequency reinforcement in large-scale systems. A hybrid driver configuration pairs two front-firing 18-inch transducers with two rear-firing 15-inch units to maximise forward energy while delivering strong rear rejection, reducing on-stage spill and keeping bass out of open microphones. With an operating range of 29 Hz to 95 Hz and peak output beyond 140 dB at 1 metre (half-space), it provides deep extension and formidable headroom for modern touring and high-SPL applications.
Onboard amplification and DSP with factory-optimised processing, limiting and protection ensure consistent, repeatable results and streamline deployment in flown or ground-stacked arrays. The rugged, weather-protected enclosure is built for the rigours of touring and integrates seamlessly with Meyer Sound M3D and MILO systems, as well as other professional arrays, enabling scalable solutions for rental, touring and fixed installations.
Choose the M3D when you need tightly controlled, directional bass that stays on the audience and off the stage—ideal for arenas, stadiums, festivals, sports venues and other large-format productions.
