M’elodie is Meyer Sound’s ultra-compact, self-powered 3-way line array module designed for venues where sightlines, weight and speed of deployment are critical. Twin 8-inch neodymium low-frequency drivers pair with a 3-inch diaphragm compression driver to produce a smooth, musical response from 70 Hz to 18 kHz with generous headroom and superb vocal clarity. A tightly controlled 100° horizontal pattern delivers wide, even coverage, improving coherence while reducing spill and room reflections.
Integrated amplification and dedicated DSP manage crossover, phase and time alignment, limiting and protection, ensuring consistent, repeatable results without external processing. The lightweight enclosure features Meyer Sound’s QuickFly rigging for fast, secure arraying, scaling gracefully from compact hangs to larger systems. Voicing aligns naturally with Meyer Sound subwoofers and fill loudspeakers, enabling coherent, full-range system designs tailored to each space.
Equally at home on tour or in fixed installations, M’elodie excels in live music, theatre, corporate events, houses of worship and performing arts centres. Choose it when premium clarity, broad coverage and dependable, rapid deployment are required in a compact footprint.
