The Kara II is a modular line source loudspeaker manufactured by L-Acoustics, a professional audio company. As an evolution of the popular Kara line array, the Kara II was introduced in 2020 and features the addition of Panflex technology to provide greater flexibility in its sound coverage.

Panflex technology: This is the most significant addition to the
Kara II
. It allows sound engineers to adjust the horizontal directivity of the line array to match the audience geometry.- The Panflex adjustable L-Fins can provide four different horizontal directivity patterns: 70° symmetrical, 110° symmetrical, or 90° asymmetrical to the left or right.
- The 70° setting offers 2 dB of additional output for longer-throw applications.

- Max SPL: 142 dB.
- Frequency range: 55 Hz–20 kHz.
- Components: Two 8-inch neodymium drivers for low frequency and one 3-inch neodymium diaphragm compression driver for high frequency.
- L-Vents: A progressive vent design that minimizes turbulence noise to improve output capability.
- Modularity: The Kara II can be used as a standalone system for medium-scale events or combined with companion SB18 subwoofers for applications requiring more low-frequency power. It can also be used as a fill or delay speaker for larger sound systems.
- Rigging: It features a captive and rugged rigging system designed for quick and secure setup, making it suitable for touring.
