The Chainmaster Rigging Lift BGV D8 Plus is a compact, low-noise electric chain hoist engineered for professional touring and installation. Rated at 500 kg with a lifting speed of 4 m/min, it features a 24 m load chain and a robust aluminium die-cast housing finished in black RAL 9005. Safety and reliability are built in with two spring-loaded DC-magnet brakes and a slip clutch to protect the drive. A polyamide guide plate and 5-pocket chain wheel ensure precise chain guidance, while the unit supports both climbing and stationary operation.
Provided with a single-fall hook assembly, textile chain bag, and CEE 16A 4-pin power lead, the hoist is easy to deploy. Weighing approximately 20 kg without chain (chain approx. 0.59 kg/m), it includes two carry handles for handling on site. UVV compliance is observed, with inspection current as of March 2026.
