The Solton aart T-12A is a versatile, self-powered 2-way loudspeaker built for portable PA and fixed installation. Its 12-inch neodymium low-frequency driver with a 3-inch voice coil is paired with a 1-inch HF compression driver (1.75-inch coil) to deliver articulate highs and a confident, musical low end. A robust bi-amped Class D module with integrated 2-channel DSP provides ample headroom and four selectable presets to optimise for speech, music, monitor or full-range use. The user-rotatable 90° x 60° horn enables flexible coverage in vertical or horizontal orientation, while dual combo XLR/TRS inputs with mic/line switching and an XLR link output simplify integration. Crafted from 15 mm birch plywood with a multi-angle enclosure, the aart T-12A suits front-of-house, fills or wedge monitoring. It achieves a frequency range of 55 Hz–18 kHz (±3 dB) and up to 131 dB peak SPL, all in a compact 380 x 585 x 350 mm footprint and a manageable 16 kg. Ideal for corporate speech, live music and DJ reinforcement as a standalone top, or as a mid/high element in distributed systems.
