The MIF4 is a MIDI interface that shows a time code on an LED display. This makes it ideal for applications in post-production, control for live shows and for the broadcast area. The interface is capable of reading LTC and MTC-Timecodes, displaying them and converting them into the other format. The speed of the timecode can also be analyzed. It also generates video Genlocked Timecode and is therefore also useful for image -related applications. This timecode can be controlled either manually or via MIDI Machine Control. The MIF4 also includes a reliable display for the time code so that applications can be safely controlled and monitored.
